It was no doubt a disappointing season for Sam Bradford (and the Rams overall) as the 2008 Heisman trophy winner and 2010’s AP NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year dropped to a meager 6 passing TDs for the entire season. A bad ankle caused Bradford to miss six games and the passing attack just simply did not get in gear. The Rams also had turnover and several injuries at WR.

Week 15 is arguably the most important fantasy week of the season as week 15 for most leagues are semi-final games, and the difference between finishing “in the money” vs. getting sent packing with empty pockets. As we enter the first week of most fantasy playoffs, there are a lot of plus QB matchups to feast on this week. We’ll call out some of the more under-the-radar ones, starting with Falcons’ QB Matt Ryan. Now that the most leagues are in their playoffs, we'll be doing our waiver list a little bit different. It'll be two lists of quickhitters, one of them consisting of veterans that could help a team in the title hunt and the other will be prospects for rebuilding teams out of convention. Remember, even if you're out of it, now is no time to rest on your laurels if the waiver wire is open. Two years ago Arian Foster didn't get his first carry till week 14, he was basically free and available to anyone looking to improve the last spot of their roster.

This is more of a long term pick-up. No one will ever accuse Orton of being a winner or having an "It" factor, but he's an effective enough game manager and the Chiefs snapped him off the waiver wire. They'll try and coach him up for this week's game against the Bears which is winnable now that Caleb Hanie is starting. They'll face the Jets, Packers and Raiders after that.

You know it's been a tough week for injuries when Vince Young and Matt Leinart, two players that have been tied together ever since both were top 10 picks only 5 short years ago, are suddenly relevant again. Leinart flamed out spectacularly in Arizona, despite having one of the best WR corps in Larry Fitzgerald, Anquan Boldin, and Steve Breaston for most of his stay. With Schaub breaking his foot, the Texans will turn to Leinart as a game manager.

As we cross the halfway point of the season and shorter bye weeks, there are a lot of different QB options to go around. One of our hot starts this week is Giants’ QB Eli Manning who has averaged nearly 350 passing yards over the last 4 games to go along with a 7:3 TD to INT ratio (the 3 INTs were all vs. the Seahawks in week 5) over the same period.

He might have been abandoned after his 2 INT game against the Raiders where the Chiefs defense won the game for them. He gets the upgrade into this column now that Jon Baldwin has finally made his way onto the game day active list. The rookie immediately becomes their second best playmaker on offense and as he showed Monday night, he can get deep and high point balls just like he did back at the University of Pittsburgh.

Last week we wrote "It's his job now and the Shanahan's can produce offense giving him some upside. We wouldn't feel great about starting him almost sight unseen but if you're a Brady or Vick with few options, he's not a bad start against the Panthers till they come back from a BYE." As expected the Shanahan's took advantage of Beck's better-than-Grossman mobility and used him on a few Qb waggles and naked bootlegs were he had the option to run or throw.

Aaron Rodgers tops our list at QB yet again in Week 7. He’s in the midst of a possible MVP season, and was nearly flawless against the Vikings in their week 11 matchup last season, throwing for 301 yards and 4 TDs.

We liked Ponder as the 2nd best QB this year to Newton so we were mildly surprised when the Vikings signed a washed up Donovan McNabb, but it isn't even Halloween yet and he's already turned into a pumpkin. If you check the boxscore from Sunday nights game it would look like McNabb outplayed Ponder.

It's official, Tebow is now the starter for the foreseeable future and becomes this week's top pick-up. The potential is there for him to be a top 8 QB rest of the way. We say that based on his 3 performance from last year where he averaged 27 points which was good enough for top player in the pool across all positions (Mike Vick sat out week 17).

Tampa Bay Mike Williams came into the league with some character red flags, so he was drafted later than his talent showed. He played very well as a rookie with 65 receptions 964 yards and 11 TDs. He also had very consistent production, and it wasn't just a few anomalies that spiked his production

He's been patiently scanning the NFL classified section for the right opportunity and it may have just popped up now that the Chad Henne era is coming to an unceremonious end. The current Dolphin regime needs a win ASAP just to stave off a midseason cleaning of the house. Virginia Tech's David Wilson spent last season buried on the Hokie depth chart behind future NFLers Ryan Williams and Darren Evans, yet still managed to lead the team in TDs with 11. He's certainly off to a fantastic start in 2011, averaging 6.2 yards per carry to go along with 5 rushing TDs.

Albeit somewhat fluky in nature, Giants’ QB Eli Manning was able to toss 4 TDs passes against the 8th ranked Eagles’ passing defense last week. While he’s been up-and-down so far this year, Eli should be able to carve up the Cardinals’ 25th ranked passing defense that actually made Tarvaris Jackson look serviceable last week. ‘Nuff said.

The Raiders are going to enter this week’s game trying to take the air out of the ball against the Patriots so expect a slow to start. That's basically every team's strategy but it goes right out the window when it's 21-0 by the middle of the second quarter. Campbell will have to throw and as the Bills already showed, New England can't rush the passer (only 6 sacks over 3 games). Not that it would make a difference, but Campbell has been throwing from a clean pocket all year only getting sacked twice.

Dallas faces the Redskins next week on Monday Night and Tony Romo's likely going to have a questionable tag because of the broken rib and punctured lung. While Kitna is the definition of an NFL journeymen, he performed well last year after Romo's broken collarbone. He had four 300-yard games and threw for 16 TDs to go along with 12 picks last year.
