Unless you've been living without knowledge of the world outside your bedroom for the past 9 months, you know what he can do and why the Redskins threw out the bounty of picks to secure this guys services. Luck comes with such a unique pedigree and expectations he certainly could garner the 1.02 pick in rookie dynasty drafts. He cracked a 70% completion percentage in both 2010 and 2011. Likely no stranger to even casual NFL Draft draftniks, Andrew Luck comes into the NFL (likely) locked in as the #1 overall pick and as the future new face of the Indianapolis Colts’ franchise displacing Peyton Manning (although the Colts are also saying they are now considering Robert Griffin III). The 2011 Doak Walker Award winner as the nation's top running back, Trent Richardson projects to be a Top 10 pick in this year’s NFL draft. It will also mark back-to-back drafts that an Alabama RB was taken as the first back (Mark Ingram, 2011). Coming in at a stout 6’6”, 252 pounds, Stanford’s Coby Fleener is the top TE prospect in this year’s draft class. Working with the drafts top overall prospect in Andrew Luck, Fleener was able to show off his playmaking ability as a senior, scoring 10 times on only 34 catches and ending up just shy of averaging 20 yards per reception. There are a ton of RBs still on the open market and it’s been a slow-go on RBs landing deals in free agency. The list includes Joseph Addai, Cedric Benson, Ronnie Brown, Justin Forsett, Ryan Grant, Tim Hightower, Thomas Jones and LaDainian Tomlinson. They could be waiting a while as there is a deep crop of young legs about to enter the NFL via the draft. Full Story

The cupboard is pretty bare. Donovan McNabb remains on the market although his career appears over (especially when guys like Sage Rosenfels, Charlie Whitehurst, Derek Anderson and Josh McCown have been signed in the last two weeks). At 37,276 passing yards with three teams, McNabb would retire with the 17th most passing yards in NFL history. McNabb is a borderline Hall-of-Fame candidate. Full Story

2012 Offseason Buy Sell Hold Report

It was no doubt a disappointing season for Sam Bradford (and the Rams overall) as the 2008 Heisman trophy winner and 2010’s AP NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year dropped to a meager 6 passing TDs for the entire season. A bad ankle caused Bradford to miss six games and the passing attack just simply did not get in gear. The Rams also had turnover and several injuries at WR. Full Story
